This class reminded me to bring an awareness to my breath, a soft focus throughout the day which helped me stay on track of my tasks. Focusing on breathing through my nose also brought a different kind of calmness I wasn’t aware of previously and this class helped me become more intimately familiar with where I could improve.

I learned so many things in this class that I was able to bring to my regular day as well as my meditation practice. I have a much better understanding of “belly breathing” and what it truly means to “follow my breath.”

I’ve never truly understood or even known I wanted to understand not only the mechanics of breathing, but the chemical exchanges as well and how important they are to the body’s health and well-being. Now I want to know more! Thanks, Ryan, for a terrific in-depth class.
